Erin has been a wedding enthusiast since before pinterest was popular! She created slide shows and had original ideas about her own wedding in 2013. As a budget-minded business major, Erin found ways to cut costs to have her dream wedding in an old cow pasture.
Rustic Receptions was born through Erin’s entreprenueral mind when she saw the need for a one-stop-shop for wedding decorations. Years ago, wedding planners carried most of their decor, so when you hired a wedding planner their costs included the decorations. But with the invention of Pinterest, Instagram and quick moving social media, brides became DIY experts overnight! The Chip and Joanna Gaines trend helped kick start the farm, rustic, boho and industrial style weddings and no one has looked back!
Here at Rustic Receptions we strive to find a balance between assisting past brides with dispersing their decorations and allowing future brides to decorate their dream wedding on a budget.
